Terms of Service

You must be 21 years of age or older to browse, register or order. You must hold a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, and you must upload it for verification before your first order can be placed.

ID is checked again at the door.The delivery driver will ask to see the same ID in person. If it cannot be produced, has expired, does not match the account, or the recipient appears intoxicated, the driver will refuse the delivery. Refused deliveries are not refunded in full — see “Refused and failed deliveries” below.

All prices shown include applicable California cannabis excise tax and sales tax. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

A minimum order of $50.00 applies, before delivery. A delivery fee of $20.00 applies unless waived by a promotion or loyalty reward.

Product availability, pricing and promotions may change without notice. We may cancel or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we believe the order breaches these Terms or the law.

Purchases are subject to the daily possession and purchase limits set by California law. We may refuse or reduce an order to remain within them.

We deliver only to physical addresses within our published service area in California. We cannot deliver to a PO box, a public place, school grounds, or any federal property.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Orders are accepted and delivered only during our permitted trading hours.

Someone 21 or over must be present to receive the order and show ID. We cannot leave an order unattended, with a neighbour, or with anyone who cannot show valid ID.

Payment is collected as shown at checkout. Where payment is due on delivery, the driver collects the exact balance shown on your receipt.

If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is present, no valid ID can be shown, the recipient is under 21 or appears intoxicated, or the address is inaccessible, the order is returned to the store. We may retain the delivery fee to cover the cost of the attempt.

For health and safety reasons, and as permitted by California regulation, cannabis goods cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our premises, except where a product is defective. If something is wrong with your order, contact us the same day and we will put it right.

By creating an account you agree we may contact you about your orders. Text messages are optional and separate — see our Privacy Policy for how SMS consent works, how often we message, and how to opt out. Consent to marketing is never a condition of purchase.

You agree not to resell anything purchased from us, order on behalf of anyone under 21, use another person’s ID or payment method, or transport cannabis goods across state lines. Doing so is a crime and will result in your account being closed.

Cannabis products have not been analysed or approved by the FDA. There may be health risks associated with consumption. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery while under the influence. For use only by adults 21 and over.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
